SideGames Golf Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account identifiers: email address and Apple Sign-In identifier
• Profile data you provide: display name (optional, defaults to your Apple name), handicap index (optional)
• Payment app handles you choose to enter: Venmo username, Cash App $tag, Zelle email/phone (all optional)
• Round data: golf scores, course information you enter, settlement records, optional fairway/GIR/putts stats

What we don't collect

• We don't use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services
• We don't collect location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers beyond what Apple Sign-In provides
• We don't share data with any third party for any purpose
• We don't process or hold money. Payment buttons open Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle — payments happen directly between players via those apps. Your payment handles are stored to pre-fill the recipient field; we never see the payment itself.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in Supabase's hosted Postgres infrastructure, located in the United States. Supabase is the only third party with access, and only as our database provider.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. When you tap "Delete my account" in Settings, we delete your profile, every round you created, your scores, your audit trail, and your payment handles within 24 hours. Rounds where you were a guest (not the creator) retain your scores anonymized as "Former player" for the other players' records.

Your rights

• Delete your account — in-app, immediate
• Export your data — email us at privacy@sidegames.golf and we'll send a JSON dump within 14 days
• Correct your data — most fields are editable in-app

Children

SideGames Golf is rated 17+ and not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll show you the new version on next app launch and require acknowledgment before continuing.
